From awareness, build the capacity to sustain. Without collapsing into it, fighting it, or rushing past it.

What the Wander Within Method is NOT

The Wander Within Method is not therapy, mental health treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for specialized clinical care. Coaching and facilitation as a supplement to therapy is a beautiful, symbiotic relationship.

Therapy focuses on diagnosis, healing and processing trauma.
Coaching focuses on awareness, intention, and aligned action in the present.

These two approaches complement one another beautifully:
