It is not therapeutic
It is not a mental health assessment
It is not a measure of worth, progress, or failure
It does not interpret trauma or diagnose anything
It is a supportive reflection companion. Helping folx understand themselves more deeply and move forward from a place of awareness and compassion.
How the Compass Personalizes Experience
The Wander Within Compass is used in all group and individual settings. It is integrated with intention into group and team experiences to highlight the individual that is showing up to the collective.
Before Coaching Begins

Before the Final Session
The second Compass is completed near the end of our time together. Its purpose is not to measure improvement or determine success.
Instead, it offers:

Integrated understanding of your inner world
An opportunity to use the skills you’ve practiced

Wandering Within Workbook™
The Compass provides clarity. The Workbook delivers integration.
The Wandering Within Workbook is a curated, guided space for turning insight into meaningful, lived practice. It is built from 130+ trauma-informed reflection and integration activities that I personally created to support resilience, alignment, and sustainable well-being across a wide range of human experiences.
The Compass helps identify what matters most in a given moment by illuminating where strength already exists and where support would be most helpful. The Workbook then utilizes that clarity with intentionally chosen practices, offering structure, pacing, and depth to support real integration over time.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all resource, the Workbook is customized to the individual, group, or team, drawing from the Compass results and the specific context in which the work is taking place. Activities are adapted to support both personal reflection and shared learning, making the Workbook equally effective in one-to-one coaching, group experiences, and organizational settings.
Together, the Compass and Workbook create a cohesive process - clarity followed by integration - helping insight move beyond awareness and into everyday life, relationships, and systems.
